Sigma Alpha Zeta stands for women's empowerment through sisterhood, academic excellence, and community service. Our mission is to promote personal growth, build strong networks, encourage excellence, and support the advancement and upward mobility of women through diversity.
We strive to uphold high academic standards, actively engage in campus life, strengthen meaningful sisterhood, and serve our community with purpose. Our organization is guided by values of commitment, open-mindedness, leadership, motivation, integrity, and involvement. Members are expected to demonstrate responsibility, initiative, effective time management, mutual support, and productivity in all aspects of involvement.

Crest
The design features the Greek letters Sigma Alpha Zeta, with three stones embedded beneath them. These stones symbolize the sorority’s three official colors and represent its three foundational pillars: Sisterhood, Academic Excellence, and Community Service. The design is further complemented by red and white roses, along with the sorority’s establishment date displayed at the bottom, honoring both tradition and legacy.
